This is a chance for your club to showcase how you lead by serving others. Your club may be featured in the Beta Club’s national promotions in addition to the Award Package!
Please carefully read all official rules and eligibility requirements. A club must meet all requirements and follow all official rules in order to submit an entry.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be officially registered with the National Headquarters (HQ)
- Must have an active charter with current membership
- Must have all participating members officially registered with the National HQ
- Supervising faculty sponsor must be officially registered with National HQ as sponsor of submitting club

Entering The National Beta Club’s Video Contest denotes acceptance of the following rules, regulations, terms of use and privacy policies of The National Beta Club and YouTube.
- Subject matter is limited to the chapter’s chosen service project. The video must contain actual footage of the service project being performed, but may be enhanced with added footage and effects. (One entry per club)
- Videos must be a minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 3 minutes in length.
- All video entries must be uploaded to YouTube and the video url emailed to videocontest@betaclub.org . YouTube uploads must be uploaded without restriction, so that we can upload them to The National Beta Club YouTube channel. Click here for uploading instructions.

Spartanburg SC 29306 - Data file (without music or effects) in Mp4, .AVI or .FLV formats on USB drive or CD. (not in DVD format)
- Official entry form signed by Club Sponsor and Principal
- Impact statement written and signed by Club Sponsor and Principal or included in the body of the video entry.
- Media Release Verification Statement signed by Club Sponsor and Principal
- The video contest entry must be an original work by current official club members.
- ALL VIDEO ENTRIES MUST BE UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE, URL EMAILED, AND ALL REQUIRED FORMS AND STATEMENTS POSTMARKED BY MAY 1, 2012.
- All video contest entries become the property of The National Beta Club and may be used and distributed by The National Beta Club for, but not limited to, marketing and promotion of the organization.
